Fred Speer

Fred started as an Installation Specialist here at Energy Swing in 2016 and quickly worked his way up to become a Project Manager in 2018. In March of 2021, he took on the role of being our Final Measure Specialist! In this role, Fred visits our customers' homes to take final measurements prior to any products being ordered. He also goes over project details one more time to ensure everyone is on the same page. His previous jobs ranged from roofing to building custom homes. Fred's tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in construction, as well as his ethical standards, make him a perfect fit for our team.
Fred is a true family man! He spends his free time with his wife, Ashley, and his 3 beautiful children, Damian, Alexis, and Georgie. It's easy to see how his eyes light up when he talks about them. Their days together are filled with camping, fishing, biking riding, and Nerf fights. He loves taking Georgie to his wrestling matches, taking Lexi to ride her dirtbike and taking Damian golfing. Built on strong family values, Fred and his family have as much fun together as possible!
